JUST ASK ANY OTHER SANE CAPABLE PERSON.
THEY WANT TO BE ROYALTY, KINGS AND QUEENS ( VEEPS ).THEY DONT BELONG HOLDING OUR PUBLIC TRUST. THEYRE NOTHING BUT JERKS WHO THINK RESPECTING THEM MEANS KISSING THERE ASS.
Let me make it clear. A bunch of these court clerks are liars who are looking to jeapordise my well established case against what they now fully prove to be a conspiracy by largely illiterate and retarded hispanics in public office. Nevada Supreme Court case # 70973. See what i have already layed out in the district court against these jerks and then look at what they put one another up to pulling as court clerks. Whats supposed to be supreme court clerks made a baseless claim that they get to throw out my case on what they pretend is my not properly titling my appelate brief to them. 1. This isnt their job to do as court clerks or as magistrate - only the responding party may do so by filing tgeir motion. The responding party, Nevada DMV, didnt do so. 2. The day i filed the required notice of my intent to appeal the district courts decision, i telephoned the Nevada Supreme Court clerk office. I explained i gave the district court the noticed and that i needed to know weather i needed to make a new application to waive the fiking fees for the appeal. As i was granted In Forma Pauperis no fees at the district court level. This first NSC clerk told me it was SOP that the district court is required to send my case file over to their office and the IN FORMA PAUPERIS, IN PROPER PERSON would transfer over.
They, being retarded, only changed their story about this phone contact after the same hispanic bimbos and their followers, who are by and large well established loosers, had during the impound incident, conspired at a clinic by misbehaving at my person by bad mouthing my person to medical persons and having stalking me during my contact with that clinic in the process violating my privacy.
As they continue to prove - they will always reain at their default level - the sewer where they only use one another in order to lurk about in the shadows of existence with the rest of their lot slely hoping to turn the better being into the hostages of rheir sewers. Theyre not even worthy of the excrement that leaks out my orafice let alone to make claims of how they deserve respect after their direct acts of mocking at my worthy person further proving otherwise.. scum. Theyre not entitled to accuse my person, or anyone else, of anything. They are devoid of all credability as their deceitful cowardice in the form of thrir own lies proves. RE: ERRATIC PASSENGERS AND DRIVERS, FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
On or about July 26 or 27, 2016, at about 7 am, i waited for the #2 bus by u & Silverada to board going towards sparks centenial station. I planed to catch the bus that goes strait to meadowood mall in order to catch the #56 to walmart so. in order to stand by the mt. rose / gieger grade destenation in order to hitch a ride to my rural habitation in storey county. I dont have my own transportation like i used to, and, im in the middle of working on my inoperable vehicle
I decided to catch the bus as early as possible in order to avoid the overcrowding and occurences like the follwing :
The s bus arrives, and, i get on it with my travel tote in my posession and secure it as i ordinarily due on every other bus. I recognize my mistake in a short time getting on the s and not the #2. I was planing to deploy from this bus at a stop further in the ride to hook with the actual #2 in order to restore my planed route. I was the only passenger on the bus until a female boarded by cvs and 7-11. At a culde sac street hooked off rock st. The driver, a hispanic male, in an aggressive manner postures at my person telling me i cant place my tote where i had it he wants me off the bus. Recognizing this is an unstable and therefore unsuitable person to be driving a bus designated under public safety, I remained calm and let them know i wasnt obliged to get off the bus. They continued making attempts to posture , making threats about calling police and security to put out the baseless fire they only lit up on their own being a lunatic. At one point they acted as they were going to grab at my person to make a physical altercation but knew to retract.
I told them i thought it was a good idea for them to call police., etc., based upon their inappropriate, unprofessional conduct and threats towardsnothing other than a sensible passenger. They saw that i wouldnt be bullied or intimidated and backed down resumed driving the bus. They only called security long after their attempts as they approached the Evellyn Mount Center. At the station, i explained this to security. I asked security if they thought i possed a safety threat as a passenger. They acknowledged that i did not. They strongly recommended i file a written statement.
That said, due to my circumstances of being an inhabitant in another county who is only looking to use public transportation as a resource, i shouldnt be forced to deal with societys unstable subjects. I have enough to deal with as a fitful person in order to maintsin a healthy and reasonably optimistic attitude of myself as a person involvng my own day to day demands from lifes healthy challenges. Therefore this unecessary nonesense has no business coming my way or any other person of simular suitabilities, from societys problem subjects. Im entitled to have no regrets using public services. Lunatics have no business bothering people on buses.
In addition, I must bring to your attention the following occurence about one month prior to this one that took place on the same bus route, #2. I boarded #2 by paradise and silverada headed inbound to Reno station. A very young hispanic female was the only person sitting by the bay where i secure the tote.. I politely tried to get their attention to let me move into the seat, as they were wearing headset. They kept deliberately ignoring. A rude elderly female told the female, she didnt have to show proper respect and move. Another hispanic male juvenile made rude comments that i was just a homeless person and that this was justification for them to act like dumb animals at my good person. I acknowledged that " i boarded on a bus full of ignorant animals," and just left it at that and sat down. I knew i deserved better. But the same foolish older female made attempts to reignite the situation. They kept refusing to take my prompting to leave me alone by telling me im a stupid person who didnt have the better sense of physics about how to secure my tote. I told them, " you can rest assure, lady, that i have a better sense of physics than you do."
It was apparent that the dumbell, like the rest acting up, was only looking to badger my person as ' one of those homeless on our bus" like they do in their own homes knowing full well themselves that the tote thing was fine. This also told me that a bunch of these subjects along with whoever else like them had premeditated to wait until i get back on thevbus just so they all could have their cheap chance to prove their true measures by getting nasty at my person because they knew i used the rout #2. And they let me know how their misinformation they confuse as real education ( school ) and the lack of personal development thats the biproduct of that showing itself in their rude behavior at others makes me wrong about them being ignorant.
I recognized that this was the plight of this over domesticaed lot around this planet to always put their own foot in their mouths in there attempts to pick fights with those outside their miniscule range. They only like running their mouths oin hopes of defiling and badgering the better measure like a bunch of no good drunkards do in their own homes to one another. Another among the whoefully ignorant driving the bus, being a defiler themselves, sees how well these corrections given to the rest only apply to them in their day to day existenc as well, only adds to the others by acting impulsively in their defectively attempts in threatening me to shut up. I m the only real person in this situation applying myself deservedly and above their reproach in my laying down the hard facts towards these drunkards in their careless attempts to go toe to toe at my person about my private business on a public bus. They continually refuse to face any of the consequences they bring upon themselves through self correction.
Further, the same animals knew i took the bus to the MaeAnn / robb library. One of them there at the library, apparently knew full well what transpired on this particular bus at my person. I was in a reasonable fashion internally as well as externally active processing all this in the usual reflective matter that any fitful persons would do. All this is a normal part of any persons cognitive processing linked to ones own composure and sanity. And, what do these good for nothing cowards look to do with that ? This is the same thing these cowards put one another up to when i lived in town. This is what these cowards all do on a regular basis to those of us they only wish to make our existence into a living torment around them only for rightfuly posessing their self incriminations about their animalisms. One of these feminazi alien bitches had called police on my person only in hopes of humiliating me by having me ecescorted out of the library. This only confirmed what i know about these dirty rotten sonsof bitches has been right on the nail all along. Nothing but dumb animals.
NOTE :
A while back, when forced to deal with simular troubled individuals around buses, i explained to security that i planned to avoid getting on buses driven by identified problem drivers. And, i would avoid boarding buses too full so that thered be no room for excuses involving active problem passengers or drivers.
