The CARPETBAGGER DA ( I prefer to refer to as a Guido or GABACHO ) and their big cluque and monopoly of CITY SLICKERS out of Lockwood, Virginia City, and the surrounding vicinities Will be arrested and/ or subdued by this PWRLM if they continue their attempts to intimidate and interfere with, Maria Metko, this PLMWR to continue the management of their land project and to continue in the use of the coinciding habitation in doing so.
This claim was originally and lawfully persued through a public notice filed by PWRLM at a federal clerk's office entitled : DECLARATION OF ADVERSE POSSESSION ref no.
their rightful for using a fraudulent/ unenforceable statute in order to act with impunity in making threats of false arrest/inprisonment (empty posturing) against the person rightfully entitled acting and enjoying their legitimately established entitlements as a Private Land Manager/ W-RANGER.
I won't be threatened, nor, will I be bullied for standing my ground as had been attempted against me before by these same types. I don't do these things to others, therefore, I won't tolerate these things being done to me.
Their clique of lunatics are only acting out of impunity in order to make more unlawful attempts to obstruct my valid right to justice by illegally rejecting my claim I filed for my woodland project by putting one another up to behaving complicit and disorderly at my person by sending me a threatful letter instead of validating my documents to file a land claim.
This is nothing more than utter lawlessness feigning itself as being that of some genuine cause against me in order to carry out its only sole intent - make casual threats in a letter in the hope that I will fall for their intimidation and abandon my rightful pursuits. I won't be bullied by anyone stupid enough to try.
To begin with, they failed, in their letter, to state any relevant legitimate grounds as required by law, for interfering by denying my right to file a valid private land claim. with my person in carrying out my private land rights involving a private party land claim. And, instead, they made certain in that same letter to posture at me and call me a criminal.
Also, their weak attempt in their letter to me in refusing to enter my claim into public record by trying to pretend they don't know what a 'covenant running with the land' claim is serves only to impeach their real motives behind their actions toward my person.
It would be clear to any legitimately reasoned person, I acted in good faith, as a matter of proper honor, by following through on my noble intentions by using legitimate established legal doctrine which fitfully applies and upholds my intentions behind my primitive woodland project in conjunction and complimentary to the rightful persuit of my worthily chosen way of life, and, as declared by me within my land claim document.
A recorder office is put in place as the strictly constitutional means necessary for safeguarding the right of common people, not just the cronies of public officials refered to as private developers, to declare land claims.
For many upon this continent who fsil to underdtand, a public recorder may only to accept or reject a document based solely upon wether or not the document is appropriate under the type of land claim being entered and the supporting facts stated and declared therein along with any supporting legal citations, as I had done.
That strictly falls under constitutionally protected liberties that NO ONE shall infringe upon. And, this type of situation doesn't need to be tried in court, but in plain public view. Land rights were the first matter relegated to the private citizen, not the king /government.
Land rights hold historic legal precedent for that reason. We the people don't need the courts to tell us what our Bill of Rights and U.S. Constitution does.
As, we have an excellently framed and world famous American constitution, including the Nevada Constitution, telling those of us who know how to live lawfully self governed, that we don't need a king and their lawyers permission for us to be able to declare a land claim. As, proper law already exists for us to do so.
Further, the land in the United States does not belong to the government but to the sovereignty of the common person.
Seems many of these 'California type lawyers', as always, had never studied American constitutional law. Like many, such types have no honor. As they always prove themselves, I owe no fidelities to their likes.
But, this carpetbagger DA and its accomplices all thought 'nothing of it' when they rudely violated the law protecting my rights as a worthy person and inhabitant upon this planet.
You can rest assure when it comes to any jerk(s)acting as 'public officials,' or anyone else, who disrespects my worthy person, I won't just think 'nothing of it.'
They'll find out how I do homeland security with public officials who look to terrorize me.
Alot of this occurs mainly because most in public office only exploit the fact that many umongst the so called American public today are outright civically illiterate and unsophisticated, and indifferent at best when it comes to attempting the mastery involved in taking sn active role in their civic duty to know how to think about most constitutional matters let alone how to think right about matters involving filing a court or land ckaim. the execution of any as to how the proper role of conduct applies to public officials.
Therefore, these carpetbaggers in public office only think they can attempt to exploit this fact by thinking that an ignorant public is their convenient means to do so and in order to foolishly believe standing my ground will embarrass me. It won't work. As, was proven regarding my last federal petition and now my valid land claim, it is the general public who are ignorant, and THEIR public officials who are the crooks, not me.
This all said...
Where are my criminal associates ? It's characteristic of a wilderness ranger person like myself are not the type of persons interested in having associations whatsoever with anyone upon this continent or planet. We know how too many people behave. This trait is also characteristic of true lawmen types in the past around the world - from Canada to the Seringhetti.
That is why I do what I do. This what I've done most my life. These creeps all know it only because of their conspiracies with one another that all my life I never 'hung out with anybody let alone partake in what would be genuinely deemed 'criminal activities.'
On the same note their types are the ones who thinks they can deem legitimate constitutionally and morally protected entitlements of others only due to their own ill- motives.
I ask again, where are my criminal associates ? And, how are my worthy life persuits and their full entitlements there of, meet the genuine characteristics of criminal activies, and not petty individuals notions of that ?
I can even bet that these very creeps, and many like them amid day-to-day reality, who are not only public officials, only meet the genuine criterea of have involvements with plenty of criminal associates.
And, the majority of their life long persuits are actually fraught with what is genuinely deemed both, true criminal incompetent malfeasance, like that of their attempts to interfere with my right to file a valid land claim.

If they were real lawmen, which they're really not, they'd know, no one characterizes someone as
being a criminal unless they're nature possesses those elements. These public officials never established a criminal element nature about my person.
But, you can bet I've have certainly established that of them, like I've correctly done to many within this region who have ties with many other of their associated types around this planet.
Just about all of them in this region are criminal accomplices via knowledge of their types committing crimes against others.

For instance, I knew many in this region had associations with, and, prior knowledge to and during all the times their types would come up to the woodland only to loiter in order to vandalize, and then finally burglarized, my habitation.
It was also established that they, many if not all of them belong to churches.
I knew their type kids didn't care about the woodland. I knew they didn't come up here for the right reasons, just idly standing around everytime with one another upon their ATBs right by my road when they had an entire, miles worth, of woodland they could of gone and camped or picniced. Further their types are obviously too prissy to do that within a primitive woodland.
I knew, as any sensible person would, they had other (plain evil) things on their minds. They're 'the types' that meet criminal criterea, as they ultimately had proven. And, they're the very types who go and become the 'cops' and public officials.

PART 3, ALMOST THERE.......
Many of them, regardless of age and so forth, are instantly immature and only behave as antagonistic dumbell school children look to do at you.
This only includes the many of their types in public office.

One of the 'police,' who themselves filed a false statement concerning my person various occasions in attempting to interfere with me while attempting to seek occassion assistance and hitchiking, tied themselves in with their tweaker friends as theft, burglary, and malicious mischief suspects by disclosing in their field report that they had personally divulged to the suspects that I had submitted the classified and sensitive infirmation about them as comitting theft against my person. I had given their new police department a statement entitled : 'FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.'
Originally these, then only suspects, had nothing to fear any harm coming towards them given this was only key information of my flawless impressions of their conduct loitering around my land, and, if it turned out upon a proper inquiry that it was only coincidental.
Folks like myself who are self sufficient within our means and live in the back country most our lives, desert inhabitants in particular, and, unlike certain types in more urbanised areas, don't just sit around waiting for someone to come along and rescue us. We ( our vehicles included ) are always well equiped for every conceivable situation.
The two individuals ( mainly twitwits tweakers, one older twitwit out of the new Lockwood suburbs) that turned out I was right about in my informational statement on both of them concerning their careless stupidity as expressed at my person exposing themselved as to their intent of habitual theft of my goods.
They both had lied in their later counter- statements by stating I was broke down waiting for them to show up when they made their self incriminating statement at me. You can rest assure that this is critical evidence that these are the type of punks being used by their carpetbagger types in the DA's offices and 'new' police departments everywhere.
Within one year or so of this 'new' takeovers blunders herein, my habitation was burglarised: my almost operable truck vandalised and broken in to; years if acquired tools, from ordinary to more advanced stolen; propane tanks stolen; mini solar power settup ($600) stolen; woodsman's tools stolen, and so on. Anyone could only guess whom the cowards would be.
Further, any worthy lawman that knows how honor and integrity works understands that only a person of an unfit bell curve fails to understand that when they receive a statement made by any person designated as
'FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY ' they're not supposed to devulge this to the suspects (especially when they regularly fraternize with the suspects) in the statement made.
Fit persons understand that 1. This violates, both the source's confidentiality and passes on sensitive information to potential suspects looking to bring harm to the person(s) acting in good faith in passing on the information, therefore, 2. this would only undermine the mutual benefit that woyld be implicit and as required to lawfully and rightfully deflect and thwart those types who look to engage in criminal conduct that can get them rightfully injured, lethally or otherwise instead of 'turned in' under communal watch and as purported under the claims of modern policing.
Instead of the consideration and warning they received, they only proved what they (who and how many in complicity) in actuality deserve instead; And, this is what these individuals further confirmed to their own self- rought detriment through their acts of their pathological retaliation that followed. They waited until they were informed by other complicitors within the vicinities that I was away from my primary habitation of the woodland and then struck at me with a vengence as out layed indicative of their low nature.
But, that is exactly what a member of the new Storey County police department & their new DA did with the reasonably credible information I passed on to them acting in the capacity of a private agent fittingly designated as the land manager.
As a responsible person, this implicitly leads me to only one conclusion about their collusion. There can be no mutuality between criminals and the just. Have you ever seen sociopaths persue their own kind ? No. They pursue the just and with a total disregard for others. As, they lack any proper shame or genuine conscience but only seem to posses a warped notion about their own and others realities.
And, due to the nature of my sweet and humble personal life calling as expressed, I on occassion, and, where I deemed it prudent to do so, and only to those who prove themselves worthy of it, will pass on information with regard to potential criminal suspects. That's my duty. That's required before I'm forced to resort to more direct measures. This understanding only proves my own fitness on such matters.
Oh, and, just in case someone attempts to distort my clear message, race is not a issue here, conduct, in particular human stupidity, most certainly is. As, conduct is a universal precept. Or atleast it should be.
And, irregardless of the appearances as to the likelihood of its accuracy, basic deductive reasoning and intelligence dictates that one never devulges sensitive information in a careless manner.
We see who they are that think they can take the badge and gun away from the fitter suiter and put it in the wrong hands, don't we ?
Being as I'm a fit, properly suited, and deputized inhabitant of the north American hemisphere under the original constitution and it's tenets there upon, I will take any and all action deem necessary against any person or persons who act with the intention to assist any public official, or anyone else, in acting unlawfully in order to be a nuisance at my person.

Addendum:
When I first settled within the county within about two years or so, I decided I was confident enough and ready to attempt the process of establishing proper rapport with the county sheriff's office. I had done so by informing then, Sherrif Jim Miller, in a letter with supportive submissions to make him aware that :
' there existed a highly likelihood that specific public officials within the region who have acted with others in the past to engage in personal treachery at my person. And, being justified in my apprehensions, the same individuals may also look to act complicitly with and through others within the the county in order to behave disruptive by enacting simular treacheries.
I found out years later, after Miller resigned, that the copy of my letter to Miller was missing from the sheriffs records department.
For the record, I've never received any disrespectful behavior from anyone under Miller since my letter to him. But, one time I had made a statement to the magistrate of the county about the misbehavior of a new sherrif recruit, and, shortly thereafter that individual was no longer serving. Miller favored no one. He understood and saw through such things.
Most of the recruits rarely had contact with me. But, when they did, they were only happy to treat me with the golden rule, as it should be. Like more worthy lawmen, they weren't agrandizers, agitators and subverts, like the new DA and its new police department.
Miller seemed to understand and realised how adversely others are effected, both potentially and instantly, due to the many types who chronically, morbidly and incurably aggrandize one anothers' evils at other peoples expense.
My land claim was denied through a threatful letter only right after individuals at a Virginia City community agency were found backbiting my person with others in town, and, then their main agitators finally acted blatantly rude at my person justifying my parting ways.
Their big clique obviously involved backbiting me with their new DA in office as well as the entire new sheriffs office. This is exactly why sheriff Miller managed to keep himself and his people out of it, especially concerning my person. He knew what they're all like with one another. So don't I.
These are the same types who while they pretend to my face they 'admire and respect' what I stand for, do nothing but backbite me with their cookie cutter lot, and when I've payed them generously
( $2-300.00) because I live in rugged lands, for transport when the vehicle is down they still attempt to take my last penny for themselves.
Many of them are not familiar with nor know the gist and gravity of the genuine honor in what I do or what it really requires, If they did, many of them would more than likely give up and go back to doing what's 'easy street and cookie cutter.' They're not the 'rednecks' they all pretend to be, they're all the city slickers.
Iam a child of honor, therefore, I have no shame - nor regrets of what I do, have done.
They all have their 'burning man' attitude against the land, too - its here for them to light bonfired, litter and deface with their firearms. They're not, like myself, of the same spirit of the trapper, cowboy, or native inhabitant.
During this short time, I only had dealings with them because I was using this agency's computer and telephone services to amass the information regarding my land claim, which included a few contacts with the recorder office.
I also offered their agency, out of a spirit of mutual good will, as is my default nature anyway, a generous community incentive to donate
$ 2-300.00 for them locating suitable persons for me to pay for transportation to resupply my habitation as I was in the process of repairing my own vehicle. This proved no better than my own direct efforts to do so.
I immediately experienced the indignat condescending rudeness from other 'citizens' I only knew to expect all because to these narrow-minded, 'I'm only a bum intelligently and lawfully squatting my land rights under the valid legal doctrine for poor people - called adverse possession.'
This world could stand a few more Sheriff Jim Millers and others like him.
