As of June 2016, I, Maria Metko, am a constitutionally protected rural inhabitant of 50 years within the boundaries of the state known as Nevada. Thereby I PUBLICLY DECLARE AND ACKNOWLEDGE the following established facts entitling my person to this notice of Adverse Possession :
At or about the time of June 2016, I had given notice of my intentions to enter onto and posses an abandoned strip of raw, undeveloped land adjacent to the old Dry Creek irrigation ditch by old Huffaker Lane.
Since that notice, I had entered there upon it to establish a permanent primitive rural encampment for personal ongoing transitory purposes while resupplying my non transitory rural habitation of over 20 years located within the Storey County Virginia Mountain Range under Adverse Possession through a Covenant Running With the Land.
Do to ongoing historic oppression of rural inhabitants, as well as my own personal direct experiences involving threats, harassment and sabotage of my own habitation by those holding public trust acting in conspiracy with those of the general population to do so, I will take all constitutionally protected actions to hold accountable any and all individuals who continue to act in conspiracy to sabotage, destroy and disrupt, and cannibalize my peaceful existence and person.
